Service Level Agreement
We guarantee a 99.99% availability of your Universal Hosting. This does not include hardware failures. Should we fail to meet this level of availability the following levels of service credit are applicable.
Clients must contact 34SP.com directly to apply for SLA credit. SLA credit is only issued in the form of direct service credit, no cash or refund is payable. SLA credit requests must be claimed within 30 days of the affected calendar month end; requests are void 30 days after the month end.

User agreement
User agrees to manage, maintain, update and secure any software or code deployed to the custom hosting container. Customer agrees that disabling automatic updates or removing basic security precautions means 34SP.com may not be able to support the hosting moving forward.
34SP.com agreement
We will deploy and configure a container with the software listed on the Universal Hosting Technical Specifications page. The container will be issued PCI compliant as standard.
