Introduction

This is a quick step-by-step guide to accessing your website’s error logs in the 34SP.com control panel.


How to access error logs

STEP 1
Login to your account

Firstly, you’ll need to login to your 34SP.com account at https://account.34sp.com.


STEP 2
Choose ‘Manage Sites’

Once you have logged in, click on the ‘Manage Sites’ icon.

This will bring up a list of websites or domain names you have in your 34SP.com account. Simply choose the website you wish to work with by clicking on it.


STEP 3
Choose ‘Advanced’

Once you have selected your website, from the navigation bar select the ‘Advanced’ menu.


STEP 4
Choose ‘Logs’

From the advanced menu, click on the ‘Logs’ icon. This will bring up a list of log files available for your website.


STEP 5
Choose the log you wish to view.

Select the log file you want to view by clicking on its name. The logs available are as follows:

  • Apache access: This log contains information on IP addresses which have visited your site and where they have been browsing.
  • Apache errors: This log contains information relating to server side apache errors.
  • PHP: This log contains errors relating to PHP code execution, it is useful for diagnosing broken plugins, themes or code that is not running as it should.
  • PHP Slow Log: This log contains information regarding PHP code that is taking a long time to execute, it is useful for identifying slow plugins and scripts.
