When he’s not immersed in the digital world, Stuart swaps keyboards for cutlery – dazzling foodies in the American West for over fifteen years. Stuart is an award-winning food writer and journalist. His gastronomic expertise has seen him consult on everything from national TV to regional tourism boards and myriad local print and radio.

Under David’s guidance we have made significant strides in improving the resilience, performance and reliability of our back end systems and servers. David’s role has seen him impact every area of the business – stretching from the implementation of our completely bespoke client control panel, through to our latest cloud based server architecture.
Ian has been a core part of the 34SP.com team since our earliest days, effectively hire number one.

Olly is one of our longest serving team members. With more than fifteen years under his belt at the company, Olly began as a member of our support team.

Kayleigh has been working at 34SP.com since 2014, initially as part of our Technical Support team, she’s very chatty with our customers and likes hearing their point of view on the quality of our services.

Because of this, Kayleigh is now part of the Customer Experience Team, which allows her to have more impact on training, procedures, and documentation across the company. Kayleigh is passionate about all things WordPress and will often be assisting our team with complex WordPress support tasks. She has attended and spoken at many WordCamps across the country and helps to develop and maintain our 34SP.com plugins.
Web development, design, and WordPress spill over into her spare time as she enjoys building sites and projects for herself. She also loves illustration, gaming, and to the dismay of her colleagues, some very cheesy pop music.

In a similar vein, he’s also a bit of a tinkerer when it comes to PCs having built his own systems as well as frequently making changes and upgrades; not least including building a custom keyboard.

Alex’s biggest day-to-day passion is his love for sports; he has played ice hockey for more than a decade and spent 2 years as the President of the Manchester University team; during that time he also snagged four varsity cups. As well as that, Alex plays basketball for fun, as well as rock climbing with his partner.
Alex is a huge foodie and loves to travel. Alex’s dog Eric is his world, so when not on the ice, gaming, or cooking you can find him on the sofa or in a field, giving him the best he possibly can.

He’s perpetually learning Spanish with the help of his partner from Madrid, with the crucial goal of eventually being able to say hello to her mum. Dean is also a dog-lover, food cooker, game-maker, and most importantly, a 34SP-er.
Laura is a passionate and dedicated professional who started working at 34SP.com in 2020. She is a mum to two teenagers which means she is great at conflict resolution. She has been blogging since 2010, as well as using her knowledge and skills in this area to help other influencers by organising BlogOn Conference events since 2012.

She spearheaded the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications we achieved in 2022 and more recently 27001 within the organisation. Laura is a master at multitasking which helps as her roles at 34SP.com include office management, quality assurance, documentation, and training amongst others. She enjoys using WordPress for personal projects as well as helping others when they have problems. She likes to try new themes and plugins and is always looking at ways to improve her site speed and SEO techniques. Laura loves learning new things and is always up for a challenge which makes her a key part of our team as she takes our ideas and helps to make them a reality.
