Small business hosting Exceptional service, perfect performance

I was made aware that there have been some glitches with the billing system recently and that was explained and my confusion cleared up. One reason I stick with 34sp is that I have always found the response to be excellent to the few calls I have to make. So many companies have automated 'chats' which usually don't answer specific questions so it's great to speak to a real person! Much quicker for the enquirer too!
