The team are quite simply the reason why I use 34sp. Not only are they knowledgeable and friendly, they always go the extra mile to help. This is what sets 34sp apart – most (actually all) other hosting companies I have used are either quick to blame someone else or say it's not within their scope or utter the fateful words 'you need to ask your developer'. This is doubly irksome as I am one! I wouldn't be calling if I could have fixed the problem myself.

Support was pretty rapid and was delivered in a straightforward, no-nonsense manner. The style is something you mention on your website: and you implement it across the board - help pages, emails, set-up information and so on. I feel very comfortable dealing with your organisation.
