I was made aware that there have been some glitches with the billing system recently and that was explained and my confusion cleared up. One reason I stick with 34sp is that I have always found the response to be excellent to the few calls I have to make. So many companies have automated 'chats' which usually don't answer specific questions so it's great to speak to a real person! Much quicker for the enquirer too!

What a refreshing team you have. The chap I spoke to on 2 occasions was helpful, patient and resolved the issue. And that is why I dont use Amazon or any other organisation. For years we used 123 web the culture changed . Please keep this culture its refreshing and a winning culture. Well done
