Call was processed speedily. The answer was right on point, clearly stated, and there was a sensible further suggestion. I was left with the impression that your support staff had listened, knew their stuff, and cared about the outcome for me (the user).

The team are quite simply the reason why I use 34sp. Not only are they knowledgeable and friendly, they always go the extra mile to help. This is what sets 34sp apart – most (actually all) other hosting companies I have used are either quick to blame someone else or say it's not within their scope or utter the fateful words 'you need to ask your developer'. This is doubly irksome as I am one! I wouldn't be calling if I could have fixed the problem myself.

Phone was answered quickly, no queue, and the guy who answered was polite and easy to talk to. My call was due to my ignorance, not because of a 34sp fault, but he helped me resolve my problem quickly and easily. Very knowledgeable and polite. Couldn't fault him.
