VPS hosting comes with your choice of the following OS: CentOS, Debian, Fedora Core, Suse and Ubuntu. Each VPS server is guaranteed a certain amount of the server's RAM at all times. In times of low server load, most users should find they can burst above this limit.
If you require a graphical interface to host domain names, create mailboxes and more, we recommend the Plesk control panel. Plesk licensing is based on the number of domains you host and is available as follows:

WHAT IS VPS HOSTING AND HOW WILL IT HELP ME?
We take a powerful dedicated server and divide it into unique slots - each slot is referred to as a virtual private server (VPS).
Each VPS is owned and controlled by one end user and is fully independent of all other VPS hosting accounts hosted on the same physical server. Unlike standard shared hosting, VPS accounts on the same server do not impact one another.
Each VPS functions as a dedicated server allowing each VPS user the ability to run their own operating system (OS) and software. Each VPS is fully configurable and supports full root SSH access.
34SP.com VPS hosting packages are hosted on Quad Core Xeon Processors. Each server holds a maximum of 10 (standard equivalent) accounts. VPS accounts are allocated access one tenth of these resources during peak load. When the server is not being fully utilised the VPS account can "burst above" its own resource limits taking advantage of any spare resources on the server. VPS hosting is ideal for users who do not want the expense of a dedicated server, but need the power, flexibility and reliability. Managed Support - All accounts come with 1 hour per month as standard. This is only provided during weekdays, in office hours (9.30am - 5.30pm). Support is limited to the installation, configuration and troubleshooting of the Plesk control panel only. Additional hours are charged at £50.00 per hour.
Service Level Agreement (SLA) - We guarantee a 99.99% availability of your VPS. This does not include hardware or network failures. Should we fail to meet this agreed level of availability we will credit your account with service credit as follows:
