1. The Prize: The prize/s is/are as denoted on the Prize draw blog post. The prize/s are as stated and are not transferable.  The prize will be delivered within 28 days of receipt of a UK address.
2. Prize draw ends at 11:59pm on 31^st October 2021 GMT.
3. In the event of the prize being unavailable for any reason outside 34SP.com’s control, 34SP.com reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal monetary value. Other than where such liability cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter cannot accept responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any person entering the competition or as a result of accepting the prize.
4. The Winner/s: Winner/s will be chosen at random from entrants who correctly follow the instructions or entry criteria on the gleam form. The winner/s will be contacted via email.
5. Redeeming prizes: In order to receive your prize, the winner(s) is required to provide the Promoter with their full name and UK address by email to an address specified by the Promoter and you acknowledge we may pass your details to a third party for the purpose of you redeeming the prize.  Your details will be held securely in line with our privacy policy and will not be used for any other purpose other than in relation to delivering your prize.
6. The promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants in its sole and absolute discretion.  The prize cannot be redeemed in whole or in part cash.
7. UK/Eire Only:  Only residents in UK and Eire are eligible for entry.
8. Age restrictions:  Contests are open to entrants aged 18 and over.
9. General conditions: No purchase necessary to enter the Promoter’s promotions. Entry implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
10. There is no cash alternative to the Prize which is subject to availability, non-transferable, non-negotiable and non-refundable. The Prize may not be sold, offered for sale or used in connection with any other competition or promotion by the Winner.

Events may occur that render the Promotion itself or the awarding of the Prize impossible due to unforeseen circumstances or reasons beyond the control of 34SP.com. In this situation, 34SP.com may at its discretion delay the Prize or vary or amend the Prize so as to provide a reasonable alternative Prize and Winner agrees that no liability shall attach to 34SP.com or parties connected to 34SP.com as a result.
