34SP.com is a rapidly growing web hosting company based in central Manchester.
Founded in 2000, 34SP.com now employs six full time staff. 34SP.com is a Limited VAT registered company.
Salary
£12,000 – £17,000 p.a. (not including additional for overtime).
Salary reviews are conducted every 6 months.
Position
The successful applicant’s initial role will be to learn and conduct basic customer support tasks. This will involve providing 34SP.com clients with account and technical assistance via telephone and email.
Hours
9.30am to 5.30pm weekdays. Weekend work is required on a scheduled rota basis (teleworking allowed at weekends).
Required Skills
Good English coupled with a proficiency in typing.
Excellent telephone manner.
A working knowledge of web hosting basics (FTP, HTML, email etc).
Knowledge of PHP/Perl/MySQL/*nix OS a distinct advantage.
