Our dedicated server range spans simple and affordable machines to the most powerful and capable of equipment. We can supply quotes from simple 1U systems to multiple processor and blade systems.

We also provide a number of simple preset systems. Pricing is based on the minimum monthly payments you commit to at the outset of your contract.

Upgrades

• Extra IP addresses are priced at 50p per month each. Discounts are available for 50 and above.
• Additional bandwidth is charged at 50p per 1GB excess. Please contact us for bulk usage rates.
• Simple upgrades (RAM, disks) are charged at parts plus labour.
• Server monitoring is available from £35 per month. Server management starts at £75 per month. Please contact us for more details.

Technical Support

Dedicated server hosting is an unmanaged hosting service. 34SP.com will ensure your dedicated server is accessible by SSH as standard. This means that we will do everything possible to ensure the availability of your dedicated server, an that you can access the system via SSH.

If you can access your dedicated server over SSH but still encounter technical problems we are always happy to assist. As standard every dedicated server comes with 15 minutes hands on support every month. Our server experts can troubleshoot and correct most basic problems within this window.

If your issue is beyond the scope of our free support, 34SP.com server support is billed at £15.00 per 15 minutes during office hours. Out of hours support can be arranged if required at an additional cost. 34SP.com always analyses your issue free of charge and always provides an upfront quote for server work. The fee is due only when you are satisfied with the work performed.

Contract Terms

All Dedicated Servers listed are subject to a monthly contract with a minimum term of 1 month. All custom Dedicated Servers are subject to a minimum contract period of 12 months.
