In the field labelled&nbsp;<strong>&#8216;Port&#8217;<\/strong>&nbsp;enter &#8216;993&#8217; and drop the dropdown menu labelled&nbsp;<strong>&#8216;Encryption method&#8217;<\/strong>&nbsp;choose &#8216;SSL\/TLS&#8217;. Leave the checkbox labelled&nbsp;<strong>&#8216;Require logon using Secure Password Authentication (SPA)&#8217;<\/strong>&nbsp;unchecked.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Under the heading \u202d<strong>&#8216;Outgoing Mail&#8217;<\/strong>&nbsp;enter the following information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the field labelled&nbsp;<strong>&#8216;Server&#8217;<\/strong>&nbsp;enter &#8216;smtp.34sp.com&#8217;. In the field labelled&nbsp;<strong>&#8216;Port&#8217;<\/strong>&nbsp;enter &#8216;465&#8217; and drop the dropdown menu labelled&nbsp;<strong>&#8216;Encryption method&#8217;<\/strong>&nbsp;choose &#8216;SSL\/TLS&#8217;. You may need to restart your mail client for the new settings to take effect. Once completed, you should be able to send and receive email via Outlook.
