  1. Is it possible to add in a textbox that can be filled in *after* someone has already registered, if they didn’t put in a referer at the time of registering? I often suggest 34sp.com in reply to relevant questions on newsgroups, and they sign-up, then come back to the newsgroup later to say they have, and so I’ve missed out on the referral.

  2. Based on suggestions we have received, we are now looking at an affiliate system for referrals. A banner link on your site will carry all the data over to our site so the user doesn’t need to enter anything. It should all be transparent.

    That’s the theory anyway and should be sometime early 2007.
