I’ve just finished another site release that allows you to specify that invoices are emailed to you along with your order confirmation. The invoices will be in HTML and PDF format. They will be attached to the normal confirmation emails dispensed on purchase.
By default invoices will not be emailed to customers and so you will have to tell us if you do require it.
To do this login to your 34sp.com account and click on ‘invoices’. You should see a check box and button labelled ‘Submit’ at the top of the page. Make sure the check box is ticked and click the ‘Submit’ button.
Once this is done the proceeding purchases will have the invoices attached.
Another addition allows you to view previous invoices in PDF and HTML format. To see this login to your 34SP.com account and click on ‘invoices’. Scroll down until you see a list of your most recent invoices. To the right of this list will be two buttons ‘PDF’ and ‘HTML’. To view your invoice in one of the formats click on the respective button.
If for some reason you need to receive an invoice by email from 34SP.com contact us and quote the invoice number and/or date to receive the email.
