Seasons Greetings and Holiday Support Hours

Another year is rapidly drawing to a close which gives us the time to reflect on our good fortune at having our loyal customers who continue with our web hosting services year in and year out. With the conclusion of the calendar year come a number of festive activities from various work do’s to more intimate gatherings of friends and family for our traditional celebrations. Whatever your particular holiday traditions – we here at 34SP.com wish you and your family great health, happiness and prosperity for this season and our fondest hopes for a safe and successful New Year as well.

It is our tradition here at 34SP.com to allow our employees some extra time to spend with their families during the end of the year.

Therefore our holiday hours will begin on Monday, 24th December. Normal hours will resume on Wednesday, 2nd January 2013. During the holiday period as mentioned, support staffing is reduced so our team can recharge their batteries and spend time with their families.

Both phone and email support will be available from 9.30 am to 5.30 pm except on bank holidays, where only email support will be available. As ever, our servers and network are monitored 365/24/7 and we maintain on call staff at all times.

If you will be paying by post to purchase or renew a service, please ensure the payment reaches our offices no later than Friday, 21st December.
