Mailbox username changes

In 2006 we will be switching to allow only full length mail name logins across all hosting accounts. What does this mean for you?

Instead of using “sales” to login to the “sales@yourdomain.ext” mailbox, you will need to use the full email address “sales@yourdomain.ext” when using webmail, POP3 or IMAP.

For the time being we will be allowing both login formats. We recommend you move over the new format as quickly as possible.
