Not very long ago, created a Twitter account at: Our goal was to open up a dialogue with UK hosting clients and prospective clients regarding our services, support and operations. We check into our Twitter account several times each day, and note any comments – good or bad – to help us better serve our valued customers. First off, we need to say ”Thank You!” to those clients who have taken the time to post their thoughts on onto Twitter.

Been pestering @34sp all day about websites and DNS, great support (especially seeing as I’ve so far paid £4 for the account!).
