Founded in 2000, 34SP.com now employs nine full time staff. 34SP.com is a Limited VAT registered company.
£14,000 – £18,000 p.a. (not including additional for overtime).
Salary reviews are conducted every 6 months.
The successful applicant’s role will be to learn and conduct customer support tasks. This will involve providing 34SP.com clients with account and technical assistance via telephone, email and on-line chat.
9.30am to 5.30pm weekdays. Weekend work is required on a scheduled rota basis (teleworking allowed at weekends).
Good English coupled with a proficiency in typing.
Excellent telephone manner.
A working knowledge of web hosting basics (FTP, HTML, email etc).
Knowledge of PHP/Perl/MySQL/*nix OS a distinct advantage.
