In order to make sure your site is prepped for the holiday season, we like to announce our own availability for the period as early as possible. If you need to make any last minute major changes or updates to your website, now is the time to wrap things up. If you do find yourself in a pinch over the holidays we’ll still be open every day, just in case. Drop us a line on Christmas Day if FTP is being a nightmare, just be aware we might be eating some Christmas pudding whilst we reply to your email – watch out for stray crumbs in our reply.

With this in mind, do be aware that we change our hours over the holidays to give our hard-working team a break here and there. This year, the office will close on Friday, December 20th at 6.00 p.m.

During the break we will offer support every day during the hours 9.30 a.m. – 5.30 p.m. on both phone and e-mail. On bank holidays we turn the phones off (December 25th, 26th, and January 1st) but are still open and available by e-mail.

If you need to make a payment on your account and intend to send payment through the post, we will need your payment at our office by Friday, December 20th. Anything received after that won’t be processed until we reopen. Speaking of which, our regular hours return on Thursday, January 2nd, 2019.

In case of emergency, our serverwatch team are tasked with 365/24/7 monitoring and maintenance of our hardware and network; any critical issues that might crop up are handled per our standard response times, regardless of the time of year.
