At 34SP.com we understand that email is extremely important to every single customer. Therefore, our engineers have worked tirelessly on a number of SMTP system updates designed to improve the speed and stability of our SMTP system for clients.
One critical measure which has now been implemented is designed specifically to decrease the impact of spam on our mail system. Inordinate amounts of spam can quickly reduce the speed of mail processing. To address this issue, our engineering team has built a new filter into the email system which will prevent excessive volumes of mail from slowing down everyone's mail delivery. The default condition limits an individual email to a maximum of 50 recipients.
The net result will be a swifter and more reliable email experience for everyone on the 34SP.com platform.
We do understand that some businesses will desire to send legitimate, opt-in mailshots to more than 50 recipients at one time.

Moving forward we will continue to deploy additional hardware and software tweaks, speeding up performance on a weekly basis. Finally, we are also putting the finishing touches to private SMTP facilities for clients who require their own private non contended SMTP service and bulk email facilities.
