Here at 34SP.com in Manchester we are experiencing another growth period. To ensure that every customer receives the very best support and service experience, 34SP.com will hire two additional Customer Support Professionals for our Manchester headquarters.
As you probably already know, 34SP.com was founded in the year 2000 to provide web hosting services to online professionals, developers and businesses. 34SP.com is a Limited VAT registered company. Our award-winning support covers our entire product line including, UK domain names, hosting, and dedicated servers.
The specific positions needed are in our frontline support team. The successful applicants will learn and conduct customer support tasks to help resolve a variety of customer queries. This will involve providing 34SP.com clients with account and technical assistance via telephone and email. Support team members are also often called upon to explain the specifics of products and services prior to sale.
Compensation for Customer Support Professionals begins at £8 per hour with additional compensation for sales assistance.
These positions are required to work weekends from 9.30AM to 5.30PM along with one to two other 8 hour shifts during the week. Additional hours may also be required based on varying staffing demands.
- Good English coupled with a proficiency in typing.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- A working knowledge of web hosting basics (FTP, HTML, email etc).
- Knowledge of PHP/Perl/MySQL/*nix OS a distinct advantage.
