In order to balance time spent continuing to deliver outstanding service and support with our desire to see 34SP.com employees spending time with their families during the holiday season, 34SP.com will observe the following special holiday hours:

34SP.com will formally close on December 23rd at 8 p.m. GMT. We will re-open with regular hours on January 3rd, 2012.

Between those dates, over the holiday season, support will be offered from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. over both phones and email. On bank holidays, support will be offered by email only. Our network and services monitoring is unaffected and faults will be escalated to on call engineers 365/24/7.

Please ensure that any postal payments for services are with us by the 23rd December. We cannot guarantee to process postal payments during our holiday hours.
