Personal and Business hosting space boosts
Both services have been given resource boosts. Personal accounts have been updated as follows:

Due to popular demand we have introduced a mini VPS hosting package. The package is available from £19.95 per month. This smaller VPS plan offers 10GB storage and 25GB transfer per month. VPS plans also comes with a 99.99% uptime guarantee. In addition we are now also offering Plesk 10 domain licenses for £10 per month.

This is excellent news! The cost of storage is falling and my Reseller account is bursting at the seams. Please upgrade the Reseller to at least 2 GB. I’m prepared to pay more but don’t want the complexity of a VPS.

Resellers will be getting a space bump. We are actually changing how the reseller plan works, breaking upgrades into distinct elements. Eg. you pay for space, bandwidth, domain slots separately - rather than present setup were you pay one price and get lots of things you might not need.
Re: your point on VPS. Its not complicated at all, if you buy one of the plesk options, it is effectively a more secure and stable reseller account.

Thanks Stuart. A VPS may be in my future. For now, I await the Reseller package changes with bated breath. Everyone seems to be offering gigabytes for free these days - Yahoo, Google, even Adobe is offering 1 GB for free sharing now. BTW, 34sp.com seems to be a great young company, with great products and service. Please don’t ever sell out to the big boys.
