DANIEL

Technical Director

Daniel co-founded 34SP.com in October 2000. Daniel's work focuses on the technical areas of 34SP.com's business. He is responsible for overseeing our network operations and both the implementation and continual development of hosting services.

As a qualified private pilot, when Daniel isn't slaving over a hot keyboard you can usually find him soaring through the clouds of the UK's North west and beyond. Daniel is also fond of archery, live music and travel.

STUART

Business Director

Stuart co-founded 34SP.com in October 2000. As business director Stuart is responsible for the development of new and existing hosting services; from pricing and marketing to the direction 34SP.com products take. If you're looking for a new feature on your hosting account Stuart is the best person to pester.

A keen cook, Stuart whiles away his spare time perfecting and trying out new recipes at home. From Japanese to Thai to good old fish 'n chips. Stuart is also a keen music fan and home theatre enthusiast.

KEITH

Support Manager

Keith joined 34SP.com in 2002. Working initially as a support technician, Keith's responsibilities have grown over the years. Today Keith is 34SP.com's support manager. This role still involves large amounts of support work, but also sees Keith reviewing and improving both our email and phone support services.

In his spare time Keith is a ham radio fan. A friendly and enthusiastic person, Keith loves reaching out and chatting with people all over the world. Keith also devotes a lot of his spare time to helping new residents of second life at the Help People Institute where he is also the resident DJ.

IAN

Systems Administrator

Ian joined the ranks of the 34SP.com team in 2000. Initially working as a support technician, Ian's role quickly evolved. Ian now works as our primary system administrator. This work involves server security, monitoring/improving server performance, working on our back end systems and answering support queries that confuse the heck out of everyone else.

If Ian isn't pulling his hair out trying to correct the latest server problem you will likely find him at Brands hatch or maybe Silverstone. A keen F1GP fan, Ian unwinds with the thrills and spills of motor racing. Ian is also a keen amateur photographer.

TOM

Systems Administrator

Tom joined the 34SP.com team in 2009. As a recent graduate of Staffordshire University with a degree in Network Engineering, Tom is joining forces with Ian to tackle the security, infrastructure and network challenges at 34SP. Tom is also currently working towards obtaining his Cisco Certified qualifications, after studying many of the syllabi during his degree.

In his spare time, Tom is an avid gym-go'er (when work and money permit!) and enjoys experimenting with various types and flavours of real ale; a good meal, a good film and a nice beer are the secret to Tom's weekends. In addition, Tom is a big fan of the WRC, Snooker and Rugby Union. And although he claims to be able to play the guitar, this is in-fact extremely outdated information.

DAVE

Systems Development

Dave joined the 34SP.com team in the summer of 2009. Dave works on both customer facing and internal systems and the continual improvement of the 34SP.com website.

SIMON

Web Designer

Simon joined 34SP.com in 2008. Simon is a highly experienced designer working on cutting edge sites. All of our designers are contactable by phone and email.

When Simon isn't busy at work he enjoys DJ'ing at various venues, listening to music, expanding his film collection and working with cutting edge design techniques.

ALI

Web Designer

Ali joined 34SP.com in 2008 after spending 4 years studying multimedia & creative technology degrees at Chester and Salford University. In her spare time she enjoys seeing friends, going to gigs, spending time in the pub/gym and baking different varieties of cupcake.

Ali is a keen photographer and uses a Canon 350D for the majority of her photos. She is interested in travelling and plans to visit (amongst others) Canada, New Zealand, Egypt and Australia in the future. Ali also plays the piano and enjoys listening to most genres of music.

OLLY

Senior Support Operative

Olly joined 34SP.com in the summer of 2006. Olly works as a key member of our support team. If you send an email, make a phone call or don't pay your hosting fee on time, you're likely to speak with Olly.

When Olly isn't answering the phone he enjoys horse riding around the north west. He enjoys musical pursuits in particular Olly whiles away the hours tooting on his clarinet. Both Olly and his partner recently visited New Zealand and are now fans of all things Kiwi.

MIKE

Support Operative

Mike joined 34SP.com in the summer of 2008. Mike recently graduated from Manchester Metropolitan University after completing his degree in Computing. He is also a twin! Fact!

Mike loves football and owns a season ticket with the MIGHTY terriers (Huddersfield Town). In his spare time outside of the football, Mike is a beer drinker and professional sleeper. He enjoys a good russian ballet and loves music of all genres.

JOE

Support Operative

Joe joined up with the 34SP.com team in January 2009, making him the official tea boy of the office. He also works as one of the Support Team alongside Olly, Mike and Keith.

Joe has both life and university experience from Edge Hill and Bolton University, completing Degrees and HNDs in Computing. His main interests in life are his wife and family (aawww), Liverpool FC, listening to heavier music each and every day, being an avid gamer (Xbox Live for the win!), attending gigs across the North West and taking photos as part of a "photo a day" project.

LEE

Support Operative

Lee joined 34SP.com in October 2009 to man the support stations at the weekend. If you need any help during that period, you will get probably through to him.

Lee is a Computer Science graduate from the University of Chester. He spends his free time watching films, watching TV, gaming and reading fantasy novels. He enjoys listening to all genres of rock and metal music, going to gigs and travelling abroad when funds permit to see new and old friends! Lee is a lover of all things Japanese and Norse. His final aim in life or death will be to ascend to Valhalla.
